Curb Appeal
This is the first impression for potential buyers. Often curb
appeal will determine whether the buyer will check out the home or
not.
- Keep lawn looking good and watered
- Plant flowers, trim trees and bushes, weed lawn
- Paint anything that is peeling

No More Clutter
Buyers will not purchase a home they cannot see. Clutter also
makes the home feel small and makes buyers believe this home does
not have enough storage space. Rent storage if that is what
you need.
Eliminate Bad Smells
Clean up after pets. Use air fresheners. Clean the
carpets and drapes.
Make All Repairs Needed
Finish all those repair jobs you started. Make sure house is
safe for visitors. Fix all holes. Make sure everything
